Traditional medicine has a very important place into many cultures around the world, as well as scientifically medicine, that's why, those are very polemic topics. Many people of Loreto’s region believes on traditional medicine and it is use especially when someone is sick. But also scientifically medicine has a very influence on our society, I believe because it is promoted by the government.

Scientifically medicine is more trustable than traditional medicine, because of their results and process focus on the health and sickness.

Scientifically medicine costs a little high in contrast of traditional medicine, but it is because those pills has health code, it means they passed by the respective health’s ministry of each country and has been proven.

On the other, traditional medicine is more accessible and cause damage less than scientifically medicine, because they often use plants’ leaves, for example, when someone is sick, maybe the cure is on the house’s yard. For example, when I was living on Amazon River’s town and I had cold, my mom only went to my yard and got Malva’s leaves mixed it and gave me, this was a very quickly cure.

Furthermore, traditional medicine does not have proof and they use some things that are bad like excrements, dangerous animals and in extremity some witches cut the skin for make the supposed cure, personally this thing are very bad for our health, because sometimes they exchange the benefits, cure by damages.

For example, when somebody tells you about frogs can cure SIDA (I am putting this example, because I have heard it from an old women at a tribe) you get shock, because it does not have proofs if that is good or bad. However, scientifically medicine has been proven, it means before to sell to the public it has passed on different specialist, it is necessary for testing if the pill is going to attack effectively the sickness.

To sum up, scientifically medicine is more effective than traditional medicine, because of their results are very consolidate, it means has a trustable theory about medicine and everything happened there has a reason. In addition, I believe traditional medicine can be used for scientifically medicine for experimentation and study the really effects for our body and under those reason we can also use the traditional medicine without any worry.
